Gothic-Bollywood nails... ??

This is the finished product... it makes me wish I had a better camera though.

  A very good friend of mine is going to her senior prom.  I am so proud of you Bridgette Valles!  She asked me to do her nails for the dance.  I was extremely excited and honored by her request.  It is a Bollywood themed dance and she was wanting a Bollywood themed design.  The design is not awfully obvious.  I wish I had more time to prep but she trusted me to do what my paintbrush could do.  So we ate, chatted and worked it out nail by nail. 

  She's a little Goth, but still loves color, so, we just had a good time scouring Pinterest to decide what to do.  In the end I just did whatever felt right.  

 

  In case you were wondering I used a base coat of a dark pink with a pearly blue coat of Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails  then I used some acrylics for the detailing.  Coat the whole nail in Sally Hansen's Instant dry and the acrylic just pops!  Don't ever be afraid to follow your hand and heart into fun loose nail art.
